Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepared
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production
• Monitor food inventory and notify the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding food handling and safety

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry as a line cook or prep cook is preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Skills:

• Food service experience
