    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a deadline-based environment.
    Able to work in a team environment to coordinate assigned development projects.
    Organizational skills to allow for effective scheduling and coordinating.
    Demonstrated effective project management & estimating skills.
    Excellent listening ability and exemplary written and oral communication skills.
    Able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    Technically competent with various software programs (MS Office, Internet Explorer, project management software).
    Possess an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-focus.
    Ability to work well independently and in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
    Able to identify and address project issues, and troubleshoot effectively.
    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience in a trade such as Electrical is considered an asset.
    1-2 years of experience supporting projects in electrical systems, utility distributions, and civil or earth moving construction operation.

    1-2 years of relevant project coordination experience in the construction field, including planning, design and construction, interpreting and applying contract plans and specifications, and coordinating contracted construction projects.
