    What you'll do:

    You will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Gas Bar by:

  • Establishing short term strategies, goals and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Overseeing adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, and safety and asset protection.
  • Ensuring consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations.
  • Purchasing and marketing convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
  • Coaching team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

    Who you are:

    You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You have completed Grade 12.
  • You have 6 – 9 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • You have 3+ years of experience leading a medium-sized department.
  • You're familiar with developing departmental goals and strategies to achieve them.
  • You're comfortable leading a team and providing day to day direction and guidance.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered for this position.
