- Establishing short term strategies, goals and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Overseeing adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, and safety and asset protection.
- Ensuring consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations.
- Purchasing and marketing convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
- Coaching team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- Strongly representing our values of Integrity , Commitment and Responsibility .
- You have completed Grade 12.
- You have 6 – 9 years of experience in a retail environment.
- You have 3+ years of experience leading a medium-sized department.
- You're familiar with developing departmental goals and strategies to achieve them.
- You're comfortable leading a team and providing day to day direction and guidance.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
