Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Electrical knowledge including the ability to work with electrical systems safely.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with tenants or building occupants.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required.

Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour
