Job summary
We already use Okendo for product reviews and surveys. The goal of this role is to turn reviews and survey responses into meaningful customer insights that inform decisions across CX, Product, Marketing, and Leadership.Responsibilities
- Reviewing our current Okendo setup (reviews + surveys)
- Redesigning review questions and survey flows to improve signal quality
- Advising on best-practice survey structures (post-purchase, post-delivery, NPS, CX touchpoints)
