Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Services Manager to join our team at SO-CLEAN, a leading provider of rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and duct cleaning services.
As the second-in-command to the Head of SO-CLEAN, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management, administration, and services provided by our skilled technicians in the field.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of field technicians, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient deployment of resources, adherence to service standards, and timely completion of projects.
Service Quality Assurance:
Maintain and enhance service quality by implementing and monitoring best practices, conducting regular inspections, and addressing customer feedback.
Administration:
Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, inventory, and documentation to ensure smooth and organized operations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs for technicians, coordinate training sessions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Customer Relations:
Collaborate with the Head of SO-CLEAN to build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
Uphold safety standards and compliance with industry regulations, implementing safety protocols and guidelines for field operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning services industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of rug cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and duct cleaning processes.
- Commitment to delivering highquality services and exceeding customer expectations.
