Job Description:
- We are a small digital marketing agency seeking a senior Looker Studio Report Builder and Marketing Analytics Specialist to build automated, highaccuracy dashboards for our clients.
- Report building, automation, and data validation are the core responsibilities of this role.
- You will design scalable reporting systems that pull data from multiple platforms, reconcile discrepancies, and update reliably with minimal manual intervention.
- This is an initial project with strong potential for ongoing and expanded work tasks for the right individual.
Communication & Availability Requirements:
You must have:
- Strong, fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Availability for occasional client and internal meetings and ability to meet via Google Meet
- Availability during Western business hours (Mountain Time zone) when required
- Comfort presenting and explaining technical work
- Clear communication and collaboration are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and building custom Looker Studio dashboards for multiple clients
- Creating automated reporting and refresh workflows
- Configuring and monitoring data connectors
- Developing scalable report templates
- Implementing advanced calculated fields and blended data models
- Validating and reconciling data across platforms
- Monitoring and troubleshooting reporting issues
- Maintaining documentation for report logic and automation
Including integrations with:
Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console,
Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other CRM and marketing platforms
Required Expertise:
You must demonstrate deep mastery in:
Looker Studio & Automation Architecture:
- Advanced Looker Studio development
- Automated data refresh systems
- Multisource reporting pipelines
- Connector configuration and monitoring
- Complex calculated fields
- Scalable dashboard frameworks
Marketing & Analytics Platforms:
- GA4 advanced configuration and reporting
- Google Ads conversion and attribution data
- Search Console performance reporting
- GTM tracking architecture
- CRM and automation platforms
Measurement, Accuracy & Validation:
- Endtoend conversion tracking
- Attribution modeling
- Cookie and consent impacts
- Autocapture scripts (HubSpot, etc.)
- Crossdomain tracking
- Data discrepancy diagnosis
- QA and reconciliation workflows
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory):
You MUST provide at least THREE (3) real reporting examples demonstrating:
- Automation
- Multisource integration
- Technical complexity
- Data accuracy
- Professional presentation and report design
Preferred Background:
- Agency experience
- Multiclient reporting
- Executive dashboards
- BigQuery / SQL
- API integrations
- Whitelabel reporting
Proposal Requirements:
