Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively
- Manage and oversee scheduling and dispatching of pool service technicians to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee logistics and inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies and equipment
- Manage administrative functions, including billing, invoicing, and recordkeeping
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative
- Manage and motivate a team of administrative and customer service professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with experience in the pool service industry preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals
- Thorough knowledge of pool service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and installations and asset but not required.
- Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business challenges
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
Working Conditions:
The Operations Manager at Pool Solutions will typically work in an office environment but will also be required to visit clients and job sites regularly.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
