Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and oversee scheduling and dispatching of pool service technicians to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage customer service operations, including responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee logistics and inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies and equipment
  • Manage administrative functions, including billing, invoicing, and recordkeeping
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative
  • Manage and motivate a team of administrative and customer service professionals

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with experience in the pool service industry preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and employees
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals
  • Thorough knowledge of pool service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and installations and asset but not required.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:


The Operations Manager at Pool Solutions will typically work in an office environment but will also be required to visit clients and job sites regularly.

The role may involve working evenings and weekends to meet client needs and deadlines.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
