    We are currently seeking a highly efficient Receptionist based in our Head Office in Saskatoon, SK. This is a full-time, permanent position.

    Your Role

    As a Receptionist, you will serve as an important ambassador of Suncorp's professionalism and hospitality, being the first point of contact for clients and external business partners. Your responsibilities will also include providing administrative support to management and staff, which may involve data entry, scheduling appointments, scanning documents, and compiling and formatting reports. You will also assist the finance department half-time with tasks such as performing collections, processing credit card transactions, and preparing deposits.

    The ideal candidate will have the required credentials and a passion for collaborative work, relationship building, and achieving results. You should be able to manage time and resources effectively to uphold our brand promise of being on time , credible , and professional . You should be adept at handling multiple projects and focused on providing high levels of service to internal stakeholders and external clients. Open, timely, and effective communication is key, as is the ability to encourage and support others in creating "win-win" solutions. You should hold yourself and others accountable for demonstrating core values and producing quality, time, and cost-effective results. Solid administrative technical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of programs including MS Office are essential.

    Your Credentials

    Diploma or an accredited Business School Certificate in Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline

    Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

    Minimum keyboarding speed of 50 wpm

    Previous administrative or finance experience is an asset
