Qualifications for body shop manager

• Proficient with Collision Repair estimating systems (Ultramate, Audatex, CCC)
• Obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies
• Prepares work orders (WO) by describing repair and replacement services required
• Enhances body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience in professional practice
• Motivate, develop, train and drive successful results for at the collision shop
• Knowledge of Insurance "DRP" practices / guidelines
• Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles
• Have superior customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities and Duties

Atlantic Collision Group is looking for an experienced shop manager who have the experience and ability of handling the shop operations efficiently.

• Valid G Driver's License

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
