part time IT Support Technician position at Saltworks

Under the guidance of the IT Manager, your career will start by providing technical support to our team.

Once you developing a detailed understanding of our systems, there will be opportunities to obtain higher level exposure to IT project work.

Your main tasks will include:


  • Providing technical support by installing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and networkrelated issues through various channels.
  • Conducting routine system maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and backups by following instructions and procedures.
  • Maintaining company assets in line with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
  • Ability to diagnose and recognize hardware faults and arrange for equipment replacements when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of technical support activities, including issue resolutions and system configurations.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Relevant exposure to the IT industry (training and support will be provided).
  • A degree or diploma in the IT field.
  • Excellent communication skill and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and go beyond the basics.
  • Willing to pass a criminal record check and a reference check.
