    Responsibilities:

    • Implement new administrative procedures
    • Review and evaluate new procedures
    • Delegate work to office support staff
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security
    • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Train staff
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
    • Monitor and evaluate

    Requirements:

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Less than 7 months of experience

    Work Environment: On-site work only; no remote work option.
