Description

We are looking for Toronto-based resources to join us for a one-year contract to assist a major Canadian bank client with business/user acceptance testing transitioning to operations support for new clients moving to the client bank.

Opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time role in our company is possible at the end of the one-year contract.

Role Objective:

Support business/user acceptance testing and then client on boarding with respect to client's liquidity management, virtual accounts, and digital customer-facing solution.

Assist with testing success and then retention/growth of newly acquired customers for our client bank.

Scope of Role:

An ideal addition to our team is someone with strong commercial/corporate banking knowledge, ideally in the liquidity management and/or virtual accounts space with strong customer interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop a solid understanding of client bank's commercial/corporate banking payments and cash management offering
Develop a solid understanding of the client bank's business, particularly with respect to commercial/corporate banking payments & cash management.

*Assist the client bank with user/business acceptance testing by running test cases in UAT environment. Ability to help draft/edit test cases would be a strong plus.

*Support newly transitioned customers to the client bank with questions, existing services, and new services in partnership with client bank's operations and/or relationship management teams.

Make appropriate changes in the customers' set up in client bank's commercial/corporate banking payments & cash management solutions explaining while making such changes to the client bank's operations and/or relationship management team members.

Requirements:

years of experience in Canadian or global commercial/corporate banking either as a banker or a specialist domain consultant/software provider.

A solid understanding of payments and cash management solutions provided to commercial/corporates by Canadian and/or global banks.
Experience interfacing with seniorlevel customers and prospects in commercial/corporate banking

consulting to banks, and/or providing commercial/corporate banking software to banks.
