Kreston GTA is looking for a CPA or CPA student to join our audit division.Kreston GTA is a mid-sized firm located in Markham which provides accounting, tax, assurance and related services to corporations and individuals.
Our client base is diverse from various industries.Overview of Position:
The primary responsibilities will include:
- Working directly under audit manager
- Performing audits of public, private and NPO clients
- Preparation of consolidation accounting
- Developing a positive working relationship with staff, managers and partners of the firm
- Managing multiple project assignments
- Continued professional development of tax and audit
Requirements of Position:
- Accuracy is a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have strong computer skills, Word and Excel are must
- Audit experience with CaseWare working papers is a plus
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quick learner and able to adapt to changes well
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to do multiple tasks at once
- Experience in Canadian Auditing Standards is a plus

Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
