- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards and identify any irregularities
- Ensure all repairs and inspection is performed by relevant regulations and standards
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and by the guidelines
- Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance to guarantee accurate and reliable testing outcomes
- Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Other tasks as assigned
- Post Secondary Education or equivalent in Aerospace Technology or related field
- 4+ years of proven experience as a CMT Technician in the Aerospace or manufacturing industry
- Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCCA or other applicable governing body)/ Military course or equivalent
- Valid AME-M license/ DND equivalent certification
- Currently hold or able to get Controlled Goods Program Clearance
- In-depth knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
