3C Information Solutions (3CIS), specializes in bringing communication solutions to remote locations for business sectors such as oil and gas, forestry, mining, government, cellular, construction, aboriginal bands, and more.

Headquartered in Edmonton Ab, 3CIS is currently looking for an experienced project coordinator, preferably with experience related to telecommunication construction or service provision.

Reporting to Senior Management the Project coordinator will assist in the planning, scheduling, and organization of various aspects of telecommunication projects including:

  • Estimating and preparing quotations for various projects, and working with clients right through the sales cycle to close opportunities
  • Manage projects by coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, scheduling activities, organizing logistics and ensuring successful completion
  • Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Manage construction contract drafts, and obtain permits
  • Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality that meets company standards and proper industry processes are utilized.
  • Review projects regularly to ensure quality standards exist and estimates remain within budget, while ensuring the client's needs are efficiently met.
  • Work under deadlines in a fastpaced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
  • Prepare closeout packages according to specifications.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the coordination of mid
- to large-scale construction projects

  • Degree in management or working toward PMP designation are a strong asset
  • Understanding and experience with fiber networks design, pedestals/vault location and installation, and conduit installation.
  • Knowledge of wireless and fiber
  • Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
  • Customer focused and able to continue great relationships
  • Leadership, project, and time management skills
  • Previous experience in telecommunications is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
$35.00-$50.00 per hour
