We're currently looking for two Virtual Chief Information (vCIO) Officer's (one junior and one senior) to join our team - we're looking for you

    Senior vCIO Responsibilities

    • As the vCIO at PACE you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of clients.
    • Perform Business Impact Analysis and examine how existing technologies could put the client's business at risk
    • Develop and maintain long term strategy for technology and how it relates to the client's business
    • Join and/or subscribe to vertical industry journals and trade shows that help keep up with that industry's technology
    • Assist clients in managing their technological investments and determine best investment practices moving forward
    • Meet with decision makers on a regular basis as determined by each client's predetermined annual meeting rhythm schedule to present a Strategic Technology Blueprint
    • Generate Project Revenue through Best Practice Compliance and future technology trends
    • Formulate and effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions
    • Maintain and surpass expectations for client experience
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalogue and how it relates to our customer's needs
    • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
    • Undertake and complete pre-sales training for certified PACE products
    • Work closely with the Proactive Alignment Engineers to build strategic opportunities off of their alignment reporting.
    • Enter all work activities or service tickets into ConnectWise
    • Prepare and complete weekly KPI Reports
    • Meet or exceed departmental KPI goals
    • Attend regular internal/external meetings
    • Other assignments as instructed by the COO
    • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the COO

    Qualifications

    • Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Development, Commerce, or Business Management
    • 1-3+ years of experience in similar role preferred
    • High energy and drive with good negotiation skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
    • Professional, proactive, and personable telephone etiquette
    • Ability to adapt and respond to challenging situations, different personality types, and difficult client inquiries
    • Ability to solve problems independently, effectively, and efficiently
    • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
    • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively and efficiently
    • Strong team player spirit is a must
    • Must be willing to work in a hybrid working environment
    • Must be willing to attend the office in-person when required

    The Details

    This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary between $80,000-130,000 per year, depending on your experience. We offer a comprehensive group benefits package, employee assistant program (EAP), profit sharing plan, a wellness fund, a home office allowance, a pregnancy and parental leave top-up plan and other programs to promote the wellbeing of our staff.

    You'll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours. This is a hybrid position, meaning you will be required to work in our Markham office as needed, but can also work remotely.

    A strong, reliable internet connection and access to a car are a must. We have regular virtual meetings through MS Teams, to ensure that our team is always connected and working together.
