Job description
Outreach | Webflow Template BriefGuidelines:
Template must follow Webflow's Template Quality Rubric and Submission Guidelines. The score must meet "Good" to be submitted to the Webflow Template Marketplace.
Figma Design:
Tablet and mobile not complete on design but to be completed in the build process.
Tablet, mobile landscape and mobile portrait breakpoints to be built based off desktop version and using Relume Components prebuilt responsiveness.
Style guide:
We will provide an altered version of the Relume Style Guide to be used.
Content & Assets:
Content MUST follow Submission Guidelines and Quality Rubric.
Logo will be provided and free placeholder imagery to be used from one of the below sources:
- Unsplash
- Pexels
- Or other free resources. Sources must be referenced on the licenses page.
Check in & Next Steps:
Feedback from Trigger to be given via Webflow comments.

Interactions:
Subtle, Layered Animations
Animations should feel organic, with no hard fades or jerky transitions. Movement should support content, not distract from it. Think fade-up on scroll, slight staggered reveals, and soft parallax shifts for background elements.
Hover Effects
Micro-interactions that signal polish:
- Cards gently scale or shift on hover
- Button fills on interaction
Responsiveness:
- Avoid "hide on mobile/show on desktop" for the same content to avoid creating duplicate blocks if possible
- Avoid VH or SVH values on mobile as browser viewport shifts making scroll jittery
Instructions:
Include instructions on the instructions page for any complex sections.
Final Notes:
NO custom code to be used as per Webflows Template Quality Rubric and Submission Guidelines.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
