    Labour Relations Manager Job Description


    A leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled Labour Relations Manager to develop and implement effective labour relations strategies. This full-time role involves managing collective bargaining, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.



    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;

    • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in labour relations management; and

    • Possession of strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

    The ideal candidate will be able to think critically, solve complex problems effectively, and build strong relationships with employees at all levels. A background in HR law would be an asset.
