Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform daytoday bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Recording financial transactions in accounting software
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate general ledger
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment of employee salaries
  • Conducting account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Skills:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with payroll procedures and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills for account analysis
