Are you looking to kick-start your career in the construction industry? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Construction Labourer to join our team.

As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects and contribute building communities in Ottawa.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for construction, this opportunity is perfect for you.


The shift will be Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Must have a willingness to travel and reliable transportation.

The Role:


  • Assist in the structural framing of residential homes.
  • Complete the strapping on houses 1st, 2nd, and basement living areas.
  • Construction of drops, bulk heads, stud straightening, finished basements and stairs.
  • Review and follow working drawings.
  • Building frost walls and basement bulk headers.
  • Conducts work safety and adheres to safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties, as required.

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour and lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to adhere to standardized work.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Certified in Working At Heights.
  • Ability to commit to the work schedule with punctuality.
