You will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the Relationship Managers (RM) by assisting with client requests.
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to communicating with corporate clients and their counsel in connection with shareholder mailings,
shareholder meetings,
dividends,
treasuries,
capital reconciliations,
Billing,
- Audit confirmations and monthly reporting.
