Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective leads via phone, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with both clients and internal teams.
  • Greet and assist clients and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Handle adhoc administrative tasks to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office.

Skills Required:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using standard office software and equipment.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook)
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Proficient understanding of Real Estate is preferred

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
