Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Proactively reach out to prospective leads via phone, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with both clients and internal teams.
- Greet and assist clients and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the office.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using standard office software and equipment.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Microsoft Office (word, excel, and outlook)
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Proficient understanding of Real Estate is preferred
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
