We are looking for someone who can come to the Havres des Cantons and Vilia Rock Forest residence to take care of apartment rentals.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Promote related services available
  • Provide unparalleled customer service
  • Respond to potential customers
  • Responsible for renting available housing units
  • Schedule from Sunday to Thursday

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
  • French and English essential
  • Knowledge of seniors' residences, a major asset
  • Car to move between the 2 residences
