This is a Hybrid position:
Work-From-Home with typically 2 days Onsite


Summary Description:

The Administrator will provide support for the Marketing and Communications department. They will have a wide range of duties, providing exposure to all aspects of the marketing and communication cycles.

This role will appeal to a generalist with strong people skills, who enjoys dealing with customers, vendors and coworkers across all disciplines.

Strong attention to detail, experience with budgets, purchase requisitions and general expense management is also important to this role. This position requires an individual who is flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and responds readily to ever-changing priorities.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Support and coordinate community and corporate events. Manage budgets and inventory of event collateral.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, events, travel, and reimbursements.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies, business cards, and apparel
  • Coordinate ordering, mailing, shipping and receiving of marketing collateral for CAA Partners, Stores, Members, and Staff
  • Manage signing process for contracts, NDA's, invoices etc.
  • Manage Member credits and expenses for CAA partners
  • Prepare and Reconcile Purchasing Requests (PRs) for all departments. Reconcile budget against PRs
  • Reconcile monthly credit card expenses

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Able to set and manage multiple priorities, including MRTS Management, Purchase Request Creation and Management, and Budget Management
  • Proactive in anticipating needs of clients, resolving problems, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience providing administrative support, has been relied upon to maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential matters

Compensation

  • Salary: $40,000 $45,000
