Summary:

Responsibilities:

Work directly with stake holders to understand their business needs and build up report to deliver analytical solutions
Develop and implement statistical models to support business decisions
Extract and analyze data across multiple environments (MS SQL, Access)
Develop automated solutions in accordance with daily operations and process
Support investigation and remediation of operational issues
Provide datadriven marketing initiatives and campaign decisions
Manipulate, Analyze, Summarize and present large data sets with meaningful insights

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or equivalent practical experience
Advanced knowledge with large relational database systems MS, SQL
Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes
Possess communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a nontechnical audience
Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Tableau or any data visualization tools
Experience in general programming languages (C/C++, MVC, HTML, Python preferred)
