    Industrial Test Lead Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Test Lead to manage industrial test means of products and projects from prototype to maintenance phases.

    • Create and deploy an Industrial test roadmap, ensuring tools remain up-to-date and relevant.
    • Implement Signalling Design For Testing DFT rules and standardize testing processes for products and projects.
    • Evaluate the design's continuous improvement by defining pass/fail criteria with Engineering Quality; ensure all factory tests are executed correctly including Power-on tests, Wiring continuity checks, Insulation resistance verification Subsystem integration checks Panel/rack verification I/O interface checks. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
