We are currently seeking an
Operations Technology Administrator_ _**to join our team.

The
_Operations Technology Administrator_ is a hands on position that works closely with IT and Operations on the coordination and administration of the deployment of our next generation handhelds.

These duties include but not limited to:

Liaises between our technology partners to ensure stability in the servicing/exchange/replacement of devices deployed in the field
Manages the service queue
Understands the functionality of the devices and their role within the organization
Be a resource for our driver and dock personnel from a troubleshooting and training perspective
Assists the operational team in the rollout of our Dock Management System

Skills/Experience

Strong organizational skills
Experience in an Enterprise Applications based environment
Strong interpersonal/communication skills ability to deal with all levels of user abilities
