Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand of La Diperie
  • Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
  • Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Delivers superb customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Develops positive relationships with the team.
  • Can manage a small team without supervision.
  • Follows the standard operational procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Provides the best knowledge of our products to all customers, including ingredients, and pay special attention to customers with food allergies.
  • Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Follow the rules and quality standards to bake and prepare fresh pastries in store.
Job is part-time and seasonal


Job Types:
Seasonal, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$18.00 per hour
