    Route Supervisor

    We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Route Supervisor to join our team at Emterra Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing supervision of all drivers, ensuring ongoing training requirements, discipline and procedural implementation.

    You will work closely with the Operations Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels, including participating in interviews and pre-employment road tests. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing observational behavior assessments/driver training to uncover any performance issues and create an action plan to correct them.
