Job Duties:

This Business Analyst Co-Op - Winter role will provide project and sustainment support assistance for the team accountable for the contact center at Hydro One Networks.

Work may include activities such as the following:

Meeting coordination
Collection and management of critical project artifacts
Process documentation
Meeting presentation deck support and meeting participation

Skills Gained:

A thorough understanding of the many different facets of technology required to run and deliver technology changes for a transmission and distribution company in the Contact Center workspace.

Selection Criteria

Education: 3rd or 4th year of study
Program / Area of Study: Business Administration or Computer Science
Soft /

Technical Skills:
Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), SharePoint familiarity
