    The Bakery Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer service experience by guiding and developing a team of friendly and well-trained staff. Key qualifications for this role include:
    • Journeyperson Certificate Required
    • High School Diploma
    • Minimum 12 months of bakery experience
    • Full understanding of department operations and required skills
    • Capability to thrive autonomously in a dynamic work setting
