Social Media Visual Content Creator using Canva

Job description
We are looking for a creative, agile Visual Content Creator to lead our digital presence across LinkedIn, and paid advertising.
Your primary mission is to translate our brand strategy into "thumb-stopping" visuals.
The ideal candidate lives in Canva, understands the nuances of different social platforms, and knows how to balance beautiful design with marketing performance.
Social Media Assets:
Design engaging posts, stories, and reels for LinkedIn.
Professional Presence:
Create high-authority carousels and banners for LinkedIn that establish thought leadership.
Ad Creative:
Produce high-converting visual assets for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads (static and short-form video).
Brand Stewardship:
Maintain a consistent visual identity using our Brand Kit, ensuring all fonts, colors, and logos are used correctly.
Template Management:
Build and maintain a library of reusable Canva templates to streamline content production.
Content Optimization:
Iterate on designs based on performance data and A/B test results.
Skills & Qualifications
Canva Mastery:
Expert-level knowledge of Canva (Magic Studio, Brand Hub, video editing, and animations).
Marketing Eye:
You don't just make things look "pretty"; you design with a clear Call to Action (CTA) and user experience in mind.
Speed & Efficiency:
Ability to pivot quickly and deliver high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
Basic Copywriting:
Ability to craft punchy headlines or edit captions to fit within your designs.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills:
Canva, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn, Social Media Imagery, Infographic, Website Asset, Landing Page, Tech & IT, Manufacturing & Construction, Health & Wellness
