Skills:
- Extremely fluent in reading and understanding drawings and specifications
- Familiar with project processes (change orders, Site instructions etc.)
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage group of construction workers.
- Be wellversed in the ICI construction industry.
- Responsible for tasks such as supervising, delegating, and training.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
Salary:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- construction: Minimum 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Basics of Supervision Training
- WHMIS Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Class G driver's license
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
Pay:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Construction Management: 5 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (preferred)
