What you will do:

Support Inside Sales by answering crop and product questions, promoting our products and providing exemplary Customer Service
Process Customer orders and payments using a computerized system
Assist with managing inventory, ordering products, and forecasting inventory
Customer order fulfillment, picking and preparing orders for shipment, including loading bags and containers onto pallets (this may include manual heavy lifting of packaged

product over 50 lbs.) and operating a forklift to move pallets onto trucks

Maintaining warehouse safety/standards
General Administrative and other duties as required

What you will bring:

Formal post secondary education in agriculture, horticulture, landscape or turf management would be an asset
Knowledge and experience in handling chemicals and pesticides, and/or knowledge of the agricultural/horticulture industry and associated products is required
Demonstrated commitment to Safety, strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and ability to work as a team player
Excellent communication and computer skills are required
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime; and rotating Saturdays (March to July)
Currently possess or have interest in obtaining a Pesticide Dispensers License
Internal applicants should have a minimum of 12 months in their current position and have a successful (or above) performance rating
