Estimator/project Manager - Toronto, Canada - Vidan Roofing & Contracting Inc.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the bid process to obtain successful projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives by daily review of construction bid sites.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other parties.
• Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead in the market.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Skills:

Strong communication skills to effectively deal with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Excellent knowledge of construction industry (roofing, concrete work, restoration etc) as it relates to estimating costs of projects.
• Excellent project management skills to successfully execute projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Demonstrated ability in construction bid process to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Pay:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
