Job Description:

Do you want to continue working on interesting projects while developing your management skills? Here's what we have to offer:

You will have the opportunity to supervise individual and team performance.
You will ensure that procedures are followed and documentation is up to date.
You will be able to incorporate best practices
You will contribute to the ongoing development of the database and participate in the extraction and creation of dashboards;
You will support the team members in the delivery of these dashboards to the different departments;
You will participate in the improvement of data models, queries, integrations and other support tasks;
You will participate in the monitoring of trends and technologies in business intelligence;

Qualifications:

To ensure your success and development, here's what you need:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field;
A minimum of 5 years experience in Business Intelligence (BI);
A minimum of 1 year experience in team management
You demonstrate a thorough understanding of business intelligence analysis in the design of performance indicators (KPI);
You master ProgreSQL and Mongo DB databases;
You also master the tools Kibana, Elastic Search, Tableau and Power BI;
You have a strong analytical mind, synthesis and precision in order to be at ease in a fast growing environment;
You are motivated and passionate about data;
You are able to communicate with colleagues from all departments and all levels
You have excellent communication skills in both French and English (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
