Description

• Estimating, preparation of the phasing plans and project schedule.
• Coordinating with our project support personnel to finalize the pricing of the projects.
• Managing and scheduling contractors.
• Reviewing the project plans and commenting on the design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential problems.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Establishing and monitoring of budgets and observance of variance controls.
• Manage site communications and issue resolution.
• Overseeing construction and conducting periodic site inspections to ensure quality, timing, and adherence to standards.
• Communicating with clients as needed.
• Liaising with various internal contacts including the Contractors and Invoicing team to ensure projects are completed as per plan.

• A two or fouryear college education is preferred or equivalent experience in a multisite commercial construction environment.
• Extensive general trade and industry knowledge.
• Computer skillsMS office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to learn to meet the changing requirements of the position.
• Advanced organization skills with the ability to prioritize ongoing tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have a vehicle to use for work.
