As a
Content Coordinator, you will help implement League's health content within our Content Management System (CMS) and campaign orchestration systems.

Your main objective is to manage the flow of content from final review from our writers to go live on our platforms.


In this role, you will:


  • Efficiently and accurately input copy and images into CMS and campaign orchestration systems to build engaging health journeys.
  • Initiate and participate in internal testing and quality control assurance to ensure accuracy and proper functionality.
  • Maintain a steady stream of primary and derivative asset types across various platforms, use cases, and mediums within their respective libraries.
  • Engage and collaborate with crossfunctional participants (e.g. product, design, health strategy, health content) as needed to support content creation and implementation requirements.
  • Manage meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines associated with content activities
  • Collaborate with other functions to gather the information needed to optimize content asset creation and performance.
  • Review content library on an established cadence to ensure consistency with current style and formatting guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content strategists, and/or campaign managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate

About you:


  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 13 years or more of related experience (e.g.content management, implementing and maintaining engagement workflows)
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
  • Complex project management experience
  • You are interested in health and wellness topics and have a passion for helping more people understand and access health content

Security-Related Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violation
