Your day-to-day will look like:

Adhere to Hall's safety program & guidelines
Daily preinspection of equipment
Loading trucks within industry guidelines
Working from elevated platforms
Safe organization of onsite material placement
Trenching for onsite water management

You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:

Qualifications & Technical Skills_:
Ideally 35 years experience
Experience operating large equipment such as dozers, rock truck rollers
Strong understanding of elevation and grades
Trimming experience
Experience in detail footing and mechanical excavation
Ripping experience in sandstone an asset
300 Series CAT and larger operating experience
Comfortable operating in a highly congested area
Experience working around utilities
Interpersonal Skills:_

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Strong organizational skills and problemsolving skills
Proven leadership skills
Problem solver confident in decision making
Excellent communication skills
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
