About this position:


As a Paid Media Manager at Later, you will be responsible for end to end management of lead generation campaigns, growing pipeline to support our BDR and sales teams.

This is a critical role within our organization with an opportunity for major impact on business growth. You will be working within the Demand Generation team, reporting directly to Haeri Lee, our Head of Paid Media.

We are looking for someone with direct experience in a sales led organization who has the desire to learn and grow.


What you'll be doing:


Campaign Management

  • Manage all daytoday aspects of the sales led paid advertising program including but not limited to paid search, display, video, paid social, affiliates
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (content and creative teams) and provide guidance on ad messaging, creative assets and CTAs aligned with the different stages of the marketing funnel, ICPs and personas
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on conversion rates, retention and other considerations

Data & Measurement

  • Rigorous monitoring and continuous analysis of channel results
  • Translate data into clear, concise and actionable insights
  • Ensure proper lead conversion tracking and KPI reporting from paid enterprise campaigns into marketing automation platform

Experimentation & Optimization

  • Lead consistent experimentation and optimization process to continuously improve results
  • Proactively plan and execute different approaches in service to driving maximum results

Strategy & Management

  • Stay on top of advertising, marketing, data, targeting, AI, and automation trends that will move the needle on operations and cost efficiencies
  • Manage relationships with key cross functional internal partners and external vendors / partners as needed to ensure campaigns are executed on time and on budget

Qualifications:


  • Endlessly curious
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
  • 5+ years of digital paid advertising experience with proven track record of driving revenue growth through efficient acquisition of high quality customers
  • Executional expertise in various advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
  • Experience launching and managing campaigns in support of BDRs and sales team growth
  • Strong analytical and datadriven mindset, with experience analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for optimization
  • Experience understanding B2B buyer journey and marketing funnel
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Proven track record of establishing and improving previous affiliate marketing programs
  • Open and responsive to situations that require problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working crossfunctionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance
