- Identify and address anomalies and malfunctions; Install mechanical machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery; Implement and uphold secure lock-out procedures
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications, adhering to continuous improvement plans
- Review job assignments and procedures to ensure safe and dependable execution of work
- Choose and set up hydraulic tubing, black piping, rubber and plastic hose assemblies, along with couplings and fittings
- Apply hydraulic and pneumatic principles to industrial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Install, diagnose, and rectify issues in compressed air and hydraulic systems
- Hold a valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
- Possess 3-5 years of millwright experience in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, technical, and communication skills
