CPA Student
We are looking for a CPA Student, to join our team in Airdrie, Alberta.

This role will include file preparation for compilations, reviews and audits, as well as preparing personal and corporate income tax.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

Assist business clients with preparation of financial statements, and reports
Remain knowledgeable and current on applicable standards, as well as developing accounting/business issues
Research and understand the client's industry and provide insight on key performance drivers, and business trends
Collaborate with other accounting staff and provide mentorship and team leadership

Qualifications and Experience

2+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting and enrollment in the CPA PEP program for fall 202 Experience working with Caseware/Caseview, Jazzit, Keystone, Excel, Profile

Additional Details:

Valid drivers' licence and access to a vehicle as travel within the province (on occasion over the course of the year) will be required
Office centered position with limited remote work
