Description

We are actively looking for a Shipper/Receiver who can operate a Crown Reach Forklift to help with the following: ship, receive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock to and from an establishment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment.
Examine shipment contents and compare with records to verify accuracy of shipment
Pack, seal and label materials to prepare for shipping
Complete appropriate documentation as required
Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading
Complete daily shipping logs
Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials
Deliver or route materials to other departments using material handling devices
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Complete incident reports in relation to health and safety issues or material spills

Minimum Requirement:

5 years' experience in a manufacturing facility.
5+ years in shipping and receiving
Must be able to lift lbs
2 years' experience with a Lift/Crown Reach Truck
Licensed to use a Reach Truck
Must have computer knowledge.
Transport of Dangerous Good (TDG) certified
Must be able to read and understand standard operating procedures manuals.
Excellent English Language skills

Pay:
$60,000 per year

Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
