Description
_Team Member vs Employee_
At Spiritleaf Kelowna, we recruit
team members, not employees.
What the difference? Team members are highly driven and motivated to achieve success and work towards a common goal and vision.
We look to build eachother up as individuals and a team and create a strong sense of purpose and meaning with the work that we do.
Employees, on the other hand, clock in a little late, leave a little early, and do the bare minimum that a job requires.
If you are looking to become an employee, look elsewhere. This team has high standards, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to exceed them.
Spiritleaf Kelowna is looking for a Cannabis Concierge to lead and inspire by taking a forward-thinking approach to the retail experience.
Spiritleaf recognizes that employees are at the core of our success and take pride in a corporate culture that emphasizes inclusiveness, collaboration and diversity.
Our employees stem from a wide range of professional backgrounds; each bringing their own unique skills and talents to the table, working together to continue our incredible momentum of growth.
