Description

Through your thorough technical knowledge of D365 Business Central processes, and flow of data, you will contribute to designing and implementing effective and efficient solutions that are aligned to the business goals and productivity measures.

In this exciting role, you will support and enhance the Microsoft D365 Business Central platform.
Identify and align business, functional and technical requirements to deliver an endtoend solution.
Specifically, as the Business System Analyst, you will:
Elicit business requirements for enhancement in D365 Business Central using business analysis techniques such as requirements workshops, business process analysis, use case creation and put forth technical system recommendations to satisfy the requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Act as a liaison between the various CHS business functional areas and the Information Technology team to translate business requirements into functional and technical system requirements.
Create business and functional requirements for new or enhanced functionality in Business Central.
Support approved complex custom development of D365 Business Central by working with Microsoft selected partners.
Assist in integration activities of D365 Business Central with other Microsoft products, ex: Dynamics Technical Field and Customer Service modules.
Assist business team members with scoping, designing, and estimating effort on potential custom development.
Play an integral role in the user acceptance testing process to ensure original requirements reflect the desired solutions and that any deficiencies are resolved.
