About the Opportunity:


An IMIT/OPOR Manager, reports to an IMIT/OPOR Director, and oversees a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of initiatives and programs throughout the province as the organization moves towards the rationalization of disparate systems and the OPOR strategy.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Undergraduate degree. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience
  • Master's degree an asset, particularly in health administration, leadership, masters of business administration.
  • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professions (PMO) and/or organizational change management certification an asset.
  • Certified Health Executive (CHE) and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) designation an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of health care issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading teams of staff with indirect accountabilities to other operational units
  • Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $53.29 Hourly
