Job Description:


In Room Dining Manager
As the In Room Dining Manager you will lead your team to take the outlet and guest satisfaction to the next level


What you will be doing:


  • Lead, mentor and train the In Room Dining colleagues
  • Ensure food & beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
  • Work closely with the Culinary team to execute a smooth and flawless operation for both the Front and Heart of House
  • Execute new products and service offerings
  • Provide supervision and support to all In Room Dining colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained
  • Handle guest concerns acting quickly and professionally
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Qualifications:


Your experience and skills include:


  • Minimum of two years' management experience within Food & Beverage
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
  • Product knowledge, including a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage
  • Proven ability in menu design, offerings, effective marketing plans, and online reputation management

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25+ lbs
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
