    At TELUS Digital, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to partner directly with the Head of Enterprise Technology and help drive strategic priorities, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across a fast-moving technology organization. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategic thinking with operational discipline and thrives in complex, matrixed environments.

    What You'll Lead

    • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
    • Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment at every level.
    • Own the Enterprise Technology operating rhythm: monthly delivery reviews, QBRs, leadership forums, KPI dashboards, and action tracking.
    • Ensure disciplined follow-through on decisions with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes.
    • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and organizational issues before they surface.
    • Lead portfolio-level governance across major programs and client accounts.
    • Partner with delivery leaders to monitor program health, risks, and escalations.
    • Standardize governance practices and ensure transparent reporting to leadership.
    • Act as a key connector across Finance, People & Culture, Delivery, and Partner teams.
    • Prepare executive communications, dashboards, and briefing materials.
    • Represent the Head of Enterprise Technology in alignment or decision-making forums.

    What You Bring

    • 8–12+ years in strategy, operations, delivery leadership, or management consulting within tech or enterprise services.
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Proven experience driving multi-stream initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
    • Exceptional executive communication, synthesis, and storytelling skills.
    • High EQ, proactive mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
    • Strategic thinker with operational rigor.
    • Bias for action and simplification.
    • Trusted operator who drives clarity and alignment.
    • Collaborative, accountable, and effective in fast-paced environments.
