- Analyzing software requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment processes for conformance to regulatory standards.
- Evaluating supplier software development lifecycle data and processes for compliance with established plans.
- Supporting external audit and review activities with auditors and certification authorities.
- Ensuring process assurance and compliance throughout the product life cycle through reviews of program documents.
- A degree in Engineering or related field along with at least 8 years of experience in expert-level software quality positions supporting certified flight control systems.
- Familiarity with DO-178C aerospace software standard terminology & processes.
- Prior hands-on experience performing internal audits of complex computer programs during all phases (analysis thru delivery).
